Marvelous Marv

This Thanksgiving, I am grateful for my family, friends and furry companion. My husband and I have been blessed with a marvelous dog, Marv. He is five years old now. He has a great personality. He is mostly low key and low maintenance meaning he sleeps much of the time. Oh we get our steps in by walking a couple of times a day, but he doesn’t need to be let out and let in multiple times a day.

Marv is either very tired or very bored.

Marv is such a cutie. He uses a pillow as a pillow. He uses his toys as a pillow. He uses lots of things as a pillow, even a quilt or two.

I’m okay with Marv using this quilt as a pillow.

One of Marv’s best personality traits is that he loves people. He’s a social animal in the best possible sense. He does miss his visits at his favorite nursing home. Because of Covid 19 restrictions, he hasn’t been on a nursing home visit for nine months. So Marv has recently been introduced to some mature folks. Santa and Mrs. Claus have joined Marv’s pack this year.

See why I am so thankful for Marv. He makes me laugh every day. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
