Raw Edge Machine Applique

The applique border is easier than you might think.  I skipped the needle-turn method for raw-edge machine applique.  Another way to make the corner blocks easier is to paper piece the basket.  I also opted not to add any additional applique over or under the handle of the basket.  I always evaluate what I can do to make my quilts less stressful.  I encourage you to think about ways to do the same.
